Community Association Management
Why Hire a Professional Community Association Management Company?
Managing a homeowner or condominium association can be time consuming and stressful for boards of directors. No one wants to call a neighbor for missing or late dues. Or choose and oversee a contractor for common area maintenance and improvements.
Hire a professional management company instead. It’s worth the investment to relieve the burden of everyday tasks. And it reduces a board’s potential liability by keeping current with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
WestGate will:
- Collect dues and ensure proper accounting
- Manage the community’s budget
- Fairly apply community rules and regulations
- Handle difficult, awkward or uncomfortable problems
- Coordinate board and owners’ meetings
- Hire and supervise vendors
- Take after-hours and emergency requests
- Ensure continuity if an assigned community manager leaves
